The Cumberland County Planning is staffed by a combination of Cumberland County employees and staff from the Tri-County Regional Planning Commission (TCRPC). There are six staff members located at the Planning Office in Carlisle. Additional staff support is provided through the TCRPC office in Harrisburg.
